Refund & Replacement Policy

Growth Vero LLC provides real-time, exclusive homeowner leads that incur marketing and verification costs. For this reason, valid delivered leads are non-refundable, but invalid leads qualify for free replacement.

All delivered leads are considered billable and non-refundable, as each lead is generated in real time through paid marketing systems.

We offer replacements for the following cases:

• Wrong number / disconnected
   
• Wrong person
   
• Not a homeowner
   
• Outside service area
   
• Duplicate lead
   
• Spam/fake inquiry
   
• Invalid address
   

Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the lead.

Include:

• Business name
   
• Lead details
   
• Reason for replacement
   
• Screenshot or call log (if applicable)
   

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Any attempt to misuse the replacement process may result in account suspension or termination.

• Google Drive
   
• CRM integrations (if active)
